Portable Digital Projector (£25 per session)
This can be hired with a stand if needed. Clients need to provide their own laptops. Projector screens are installed in the Meeting Place, the Upper Hall and Seminar Room 2. Other rooms have walls suitable for projection, or portable screens can be provided.
Portable Interactive Whiteboard (£35 per session - includes projector)
This can be hired out with the digital projector for a more interactive approach. (Upper Hall Only)
Sound & Loop Systems (£10 per session)
These are available in the Meeting Place, the Upper Hall and the Lower Hall.
TV/DVD/Video Player (£10 per session)
Flip Charts (free)
Several flipcharts are available for hire with pens and paper included.
Multimedia (£50)
Full package of multi-media equipment in the Meeting Place Package includes using any of the following:
- Lectern Microphone
- Up to 3 Tie-clip Microphones
- 2 Hand-held Radio microphones
- Wired Microphones
- Projector
- Hearing loop
- 4 Monitors displaying same image as Main screen
