Rev'd Dr Paul Beasley-Murray (Senior Minister)
Paul has been the senior minister since 1993 and is responsible for leading the church forward in adventurous mission and compassionate ministry.
As part of his wider ministry, Paul is Chairman of Ministry Today, an interdenominational organisation, and General Editor of its journal. Paul is also a prolific author, having published many books and also has his own website that provides a searchable database of his written material.
Paul is married to Caroline, H.M. Coroner for the County of Essex and Thurrock, and also part-time president of Mental Health Review Tribunals. They have four grown-up children.

Rev'd Leesa Barton (Associate Minister)
Leesa began her ministry with us in September 2010.
She came to us from Buckhurst Hill Baptist Church.
Her primary gifting and calling is in the areas of evangelism, ministry to young adults, leading worship and pastoral care.

Rev'd Martin Hills (Youth Minister)
Martin joined the team in October 2006. He was previously the Senior Outreach worker for a young persons drug and alcohol service. Martin is a JNC qualifed youth worker.
Martin is married to Carita, a primary school teacher, they have four children and a large dog!
Martin's work is focused on young people between the ages of 11 and 19. His main roles are overseeing and developing the work already happening, supporting and encouraging young people and leaders and developing a long term strategy to expand the range of the youth work.

Matthew Rowe (Intern for Students & Young Adults)
Leaving a promising career as a Forensic Accountant, Matt is with us for 1 year to develop our work with students and young adults as he explores his calling into ministry.

Sue Parrotte (Children's Ministry Worker)
Sue leads our children's ministry, prepares the programme and oversees Light Factory (Sunday school from 0-11 years). She also leads our very popular Holiday Club which runs on the first full week of the summer holidays.

Lesley Hodgson (Seniors Outreach Worker)
Lesley works with our seniors ministry team who seek to meet the needs of the older people in our church and community.
Currently this includes Charis and Outlook.
