YOUTH & CHILDREN S WORKER

Full Time: 27,000 - 29,000 p.a.

We are looking for a new colleague who is dynamic, gifted, and passionate about God to join our large (350+) and lively multi-national church, to head up our growing (100+) youth and children s ministry.

You will work alongside an experienced staff team and manage an amazing group of volunteers, overseeing our Sunday Y&C s programme and a wide variety of other Y&C s groups and events. The role involves the pastoral care and discipleship of young people within the church as well as exploring opportunities reaching out to others, through school s ministry, social-media, and your own new initiatives.
