Readings are (verses in this order) Philippians 4:1-7 ("Instructions"), 10-13 ("Thanks for the Gift"), and 8-9, with a reference to the Parable of the Widow and the Judge in Luke 18:1-8. Earlier, the service featured the short story "Five Minutes' Peace" by Jill Murphy, about a family of elephants.
